  • “Julia runs the class. Her organizational skills are very impressive — she had ample tools and utensils needed to prepare our menu. She had also prepped many of the ingredients so we could efficiently move through the cooking process. At the end of the meal, she set a beautiful table so we could enjoy the foods we had cooked and get to know our fellow cooks. She even brought carry out containers so that we could enjoy a second meal at home. The food was delicious; the spinach stew was my favorite — very healthy and delicious, made from readily available ingredients. This will be a side dish that will be a staple in my kitchen. I think the class is very reasonably priced.”
